Products on this Website are sold by Sukit Foods Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office at B-67, Yash Path, Tilak Nagar, Jaipur – 302004, Rajasthan. We are the seller of record and the entity responsible for the products, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders, abusing coupons, scraping content, or interfering with its operation. We may refuse service, cancel orders or block access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Our products are roasted snacks made from whole grains and legumes. Ingredients, net weight, nutrition information, FSSAI licence number, batch number and best-before date are declared on each pack in line with the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020 and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.

Allergen notice: our products contain wheat (gluten) and are made in a facility that also handles sesame, nuts and dairy. Products described as containing chana contain legumes. Please read the pack before consuming if you have allergies.

Nutrition values shown on the Website are approximate per 100 g and may vary slightly between batches. Health benefits described on the Website relate to the whole grains, legumes and spices used; our products are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition such as diabetes, follow your doctor's advice on portion sizes.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may change from time to time.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. The maximum retail price (MRP) is printed on each pack; we never charge more than the MRP. Shipping charges, if any, are shown separately before you pay.

We try to keep prices accurate. If a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and will tell you why.

1. You add products to your cart, enter your delivery details and pay through Razorpay.
2. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received. The order confirmation page and your order number are proof of your order; keep the number for tracking.
3. We may cancel an order after acceptance if a product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing or listing error. In every such case you receive a full refund.
4. Quantities are limited to 10 units per product per order. For bulk or corporate orders please contact us.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, and are subject to Razorpay's terms. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details. Cash on delivery is not available at present.

If money is debited but you do not see an order confirmation, do not pay again. Use the Track order page or contact us with the payment ID; unconfirmed payments are automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.

Coupon codes are valid for the period, minimum order value and number of uses stated with the offer, cannot be combined with other codes, and have no cash value. We may withdraw an offer at any time. Orders found to abuse an offer (for example through multiple accounts) may be cancelled.

Delivery timelines, charges and what happens if a parcel is damaged or not delivered are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because our products are food items, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, wrong or expired products. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The Snackingo name, logo, packaging, photographs, text and website design are owned by Sukit Foods Pvt. Ltd. or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to the Website.

We are liable for the price you paid for a product that is defective, damaged or not as described, and for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as courier disruptions, strikes, floods or government restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

When you place an order you confirm the privacy notice shown at checkout; the version of that notice and the time you agreed are recorded with your order as your consent record under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Cookies and browser storage used by the Website are described in our Cookies & Storage Policy, which also forms part of these Terms.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or the consumer commission having jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law to approach the forum of your choice, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The effective date at the top shows when the Terms were last changed.
